The Build Process

Disciplined, documented, on the record.

Every build moves through the same gates. You see the spec before the metal gets cut, you see the build as it progresses, and you get a finished car you can actually drive.
  1. 01

    Consultation

    You tell us the dream — the car, the look, the use case, the budget reality. Honest conversation, no pressure.

  2. 02

    Vision & Spec

    We build the spec — drivetrain, suspension, body, paint, interior, target completion. You sign off before metal is cut.

  3. 03

    Sourcing & Tear-Down

    Vehicle in. Stripped to the bare structure. Honest assessment of what stays, what gets rebuilt, what gets replaced.

  4. 04

    Fabrication & Body

    Frame, sheet-metal, mounts, sub-frame, mini-tubs, rust repair. The structural work nobody sees that defines whether the build is real.

  5. 05

    Drivetrain Build

    Engine and transmission assembled or installed to spec. Built SBC, LS, 5.0L FI, AOD, T56, T5 — your call, our build.

  6. 06

    Paint & Finish

    Block-sanded, sealed, sprayed in the color you’ve been picturing. Cleared, color-sanded, buffed.

  7. 07

    Assembly & Detail

    Trim, glass, chrome, interior, wiring tidy, bay detail. The last 5% that separates a built car from a finished one.

  8. 08

    Shake-Down & Hand-Off

    Real-world miles, dial-in, final tune, photo session. You drive it home.
